\nElio was Head of the Watchmaking Department which he helped develop and promote. In this role, he organised unique and highly specialised auctions in Paris.
\nAlongside interior designer Tristan Auer, he organised the sale of a collection of watches inspired by Commander Cousteau, including a piece belonging to one of his divers which sold for \u20ac56,000. He was also behind several high-profile auctions, in particular, the Rolex Submariner 5514, which sold for \u20ac83,000. <\/p>\n
Elio joined the Watchmaking Department of the Aguttes auction house as a watch specialist. At the \u201cLa mesure des Mondes\u201d auction, an exceptional Louis Duch\u00eane automaton pocket watch sold for \u20ac119,000. <\/p>\n
As Director of the Watch Sales Department, Elio expanded its activity through a range of online and in-person auctions. A rare steel Patek Philippe Calatrava ref. 96 was sold for over \u20ac60,000. <\/p>\n
He has valued all watches received by the CMP prior to auction<\/p>\n
